phplaro Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phplaro website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phplaro, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with phplaro's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

phplaro reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use phplaro, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines. phplaro strictly prohibits underage gambling.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phplaro, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from phplaro or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on phplaro. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phplaro login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phplaro will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

phplaro reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) procedures at any stage of the account lifecycle. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by phplaro to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

All financial transactions on phplaro are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phplaro does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. phplaro reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. phplaro does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawal requests are subject to phplaro's standard processing times, which may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests.

• GCash withdrawals: typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): 1–3 business days.
• Card withdrawals: 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

phplaro reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

phplaro offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• phplaro reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void any bonus and associated winnings if phplaro reasonably suspects that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• phplaro reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on phplaro use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. phplaro's RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories.

Each game on phplaro is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. phplaro accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, phplaro reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. phplaro's decision in such matters is final. No winnings will be paid out in respect of a game round that was affected by a technical error.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the game information panels. These percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phplaro platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the phplaro platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or the experience of other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

phplaro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion , with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or payment provider.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under phplaro's Responsible Gaming policy.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, phplaro reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting phplaro's support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

phplaro is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm. We provide all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phplaro account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your net gaming activity for the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict your access to the phplaro platform for a minimum period of six (6) months.

phplaro strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players. We take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling, including age verification at registration and during KYC procedures.

All content on the phplaro platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of phplaro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without phplaro's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any phplaro trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of phplaro's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by phplaro.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phplaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

phplaro's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their phplaro account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phplaro does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phplaro shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond phplaro's reasonable control.

phplaro collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phplaro implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and phplaro cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

phplaro will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or payment processors where required by law or necessary to provide the Platform's services.

phplaro reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phplaro will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting phplaro's support team.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with phplaro informally by contacting our support team. phplaro will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
